Interactive Computer Service
This blog site serves an an “interactive computer service” and is protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA). The law provides broad immunity to website owners for third-party, user-generated content.
Immunity as a Publisher
Section 230 states that an “interactive computer service” provider (which includes a blog site owner) cannot be treated as the publisher or speaker of information provided by another “information content provider” (the user who posted the content). This includes claims, including defamation, negligence, and invasion of privacy, that arise from user comments or posts. This immunity exists, even if I voluntarily choose to moderate content that is posted on this site. Immunity protections do not exist for content that I create or materially contribute to.
Anonymous Posting
I allow anonymous posting and commenting on my blog site. I am under no legal obligation to require anyone to provide any personally identifiable information (PII) to comment or post on this blog site. Furthermore, I am under no legal obligation to remove, alter, or otherwise change any content posted by others. This may include content or photos that were previously posted and removed on this site; and subsequently reposted by third-parties.

Another great looking dog! Are they the same breed?
Yes, both are English Setters. The dog pictured here is Wildwood Stormwynd Lead Investigator. (Brody). Although we did show him, my spouse had a falling out with the breeder (Jennifer Radonis) and then had Brody spayed. Why? So the breeder would never want him back. Because of that, we did not have the ability to finish him to champion status. Brody is now living with a relative after my narcissist spouse gave him up because her new boyfriend didn’t like him. He is very happy in his home and his packmates. (He is very much in love with his Great Dane girlfriend.)
What’s the deal with the LOL?
